The fun really begins when your design comes to life on the page.  Our expert designers create detailed plans and blueprints making it easy to communicate and ensure that the design meets your expectations and requirements.  We offer 3D modeling so you can see exactly what to expect before we start breaking ground.  As a general contractor, Omnibuild also manages all of the necessary permits and approvals for the project, so you can rest easy while we take care of the details.

Omnibuild sources and purchases all the necessary building materials, equipment, and supplies for the custom build project. This would include everything from lumber and concrete to plumbing fixtures, electrical equipmen, and more.

Omnibuild is a Class A General Contractor and we will manage your project from start to finish, including excavation, foundation work, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installation, as well as finishing work such as drywall, flooring, painting, trim, and all the final touches. Our strong crew of 40+ will manage the work to ensure that it is completed to a high standard and on schedule.

Even before work begins at your new site, Omnibuild Administrative Staff will be updating your project in an easy-to-use online software named CoConstruct, where you can login and see exactly where your job stands.  As your project moves through the phases of construction, you’ll be able to see progress updates, check your budget, and receive support from your Project Manager.  With regular virtual check-ins and 3D walkthroughs, you can request changes and provide feedback in real-time.  Don’t worry if you’re not the most tech savvy individual, we offer technical support to make it easy and fun to check the progress of your project!
